The “fixed” Thorn 125gr Rift Crossbow broadhead combines the old Thorn design with a shorter narrow profile and the new patented ‘Multi-Stage’ Technology. This allows the Thorn to be easily deployed at all speeds, even on those tricky fast forward speeds, while still retaining the field-point accuracy that bowhunters have depended on for years. The “fixed” Thorn Rift Crossbow broadhead can still be “fun-packed” with the new ‘Multi-Stage’ ‘fixed blade’ design, simply by attaching a weight to the rear of the head. This allows the hunter to simply rotate the ‘fixed blade’ portion of the broadhead out of the way and the ‘fixed blade’ portion of the broadhead can then be withdrawn without having to make another adjustment, saving time and energy that would otherwise be wasted on a ‘loose bladed’ mechanical broadhead. This Thorn 125gr Rift Crossbow broadhead features ‘Multi-Stage’ patented technology which allows the main blades to remain secure while the Tip-Lock’ mechanism on the rear of the head can now be locked in place by simply turning the bolt to the back and letting it fall!
