Great price and received them on time. Probably gonna buy the lighter darts to allow for the weight of these mocks. Hopefully then I won’t have to adjust the sights. Love the crossbow itself. Bought it from optics planet as well. Best prices on the net.

Ordered these at Optics Planet, great deal. Service from Optics was great, delivered on time, well packaged. The Ravin’s product though…not really that great. Sure the nocks work once you get them into a bolt which is not a small task. Takes a lot of force to seat the nock, good luck if you ever need to remove one. I tried for a solid 20 minutes, maybe longer. Not sure it can be done without destroying the nock.So I only installed 1, and I shot it twice into a practice target. Light came on immediately with shot, so that part of the nock worked perfect. Getting the light off is another matter. Tried using the Ravin extinguisher, doesnt work. Or at least it didnt for me. Watched youtube, tried it several ways, nope. Tried making an extinguisher from a fuel line (saw several youtubes on this), that didnt work either. Went with a pair of pliers with some duct tape to prevent damage. Was at least able to slightly move the nock. Finally used a pair of channel locks over the top of the fuel hose to prevent marring. Wiggled it enough where it shut off. Shot a second time, went straight to the channel lock solution and was able to turn off in a reasonable amount of time.Frankly, these are just a bad design. They are way to big to fit the nock base. Manufacturer should be embarrassed by this failure, Ravin has specific bolts, all are identical (within tolerance) size, all their nocks are a specific size, all they needed to do was replicate that size. Big time fail by the designer. I may try shaving one down to see if I can custom fit, but this shouldn’t be necessary for this type of item. Bottom line, nocks work, they light up when shot, you can get them to turn off, just takes a lot of effort.
