The Muzzy Trocar Crossbow Broadheads feature a solid one-piece stainless steel ferrule and a right offset blade design for exceptional broadhead flight and consistency. These Broadheads & Points offer the right offset, right helical, or straight fletching resulting in increased accuracy at a more extended range. The Trocar tip is known for bone-breaking penetration, the super short compact design for accurate flight, and excellent entry and exit holes for increased blood loss and greater blood trails. The larger ferrule base diameter matches the larger diameter of crossbow bolts. The superior accuracy and consistency with high-speed bolt setups make it perfect for long-range accuracy. Dave Reimer –
Have been archery hunting for 45 years. This year had to switch to crossbow due to shoulder. Was initially concerned with the effect of a fixed blade accuracy coming off a 425 fps crossbow. No issure within one inch a 50 yards. Expected more of a blood trail however, bolt when right thru the lung and exited right under shoulder. Bolt stuck right into the ground after going thru a good sized buck. Little to no blood on the bolt, and no blood trail. Shot was only 20 yards. Deer only went 50 yards. An stood looking at me, and then laid down. After waiting 30 minutes, shot again with the same bolt. Got up again and walk about 20 feet. That arrow went thru and again stuck in the ground. Broadhead is still in good shape and will change out the blades, broardhead is very though. Only reason not a 5 was I thought there would be more of a blood trail, maybe it's the bow and it's just so fast.
