Hopefully this will save somebody else sometime money and headache. The boresight is 100% junk. All you have to do is read the package it says adjustable boresight… right there you should turn around and walk away. Who makes a boresight that's adjustable it should come from the factory set straight. I don't understand who would make an adjustable boresight that's the dumbest s*** I've ever heard of in my life. Don't buy complete waste of money it is junk trash belongs in the f****** garbage… I would leave no stars but that's not a option

If you have used a true laser boresight then you know you zero the laser first. You Spin the laser and track the dot, make your adjustments to the laser itself until the laser dot does not move as the boresight is rotated 360 degrees. Once this is done you are ready to sight in the weapon you are using it on. All these reviews saying it is junk is not telling you they probably DID NOT zero the laser before using. Also a boresight is not meant to get you 100% on point, it is meant to get you close, you shoot and make adjustments. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes it's a little off.

Bought this to sight in my crossbow and it’s horrible. Depending on how you put it on your bow you get 360 degrees of different bore sights. Put it on with the button facing the top and it was off to the left. Rotated it 45 degrees and now the laser was off to the bottom. Sat it on a level table and slowly rolled it and the laser point moved all around. Not a precision or accurate instrument at all!
